What is Horizon Communications?

Horizon Communications (Horizon) is a technology-based company that will use the next generation of fixed wireless LTE to deliver its service offerings. Horizon's goal is to provide high-speed internet (150mbps by 2018 and 300Mbps by 2019), high-definition cable TV, and VOIP phone service in areas where customers are currently receiving poor, unreliable, and expensive services. After completing a successful capital increase, Horizon plans to launch in its flagship Bermuda market, mid to late 2018. Horizon will then focus on expanding into Caribbean and Central American countries over the next few years. Horizon Communications utilizes 4G LTE technology by providing 4G LTE-Advanced Software Defined Radio (SDR) devices through the Remote Front Head Supply Head and Basal LTE.

TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS Using sophisticated wireless technology, Horizon as well as capital, can quickly deploy fixed wireless solutions, with very small capital requirements compared to traditional telecom companies while lowering network maintenance costs far below our competitors. After Horizon actively uses the available spectrum (wireless real estate), the company will have legal rights and protection. This gives us a tremendous advantage for competition and other hard assets to our balance sheet.

HRZN TOKEN

Token Horizon is a unique new Ethereum-based token created in blockchain. It is designed to be used to access services, and service discounts in the Horizon ecosystem. It is meant for anyone who wants to benefit from the value induced by a world-class service company. The horizon token can be easily transferred between the token holder using a compatible and tradable ERC20 wallet on the exchange (s). In the future, Horizon will offer to buy token tokens from investors. Horizon also intends to use 15 percent of annual profits to distribute dividends to the owner of the HRZN Token in Ethereum. This percentage is tentative, and Horizon is entitled to do so under special circumstances

Pre-Sales

Horizon Communications will offer the opportunity to purchase tokens before ICO Public.

Less than 3% of total tokens to be sold will be available during the first 24 hours with a special bonus of 60%. Achieving our goals during pre-sales will allow us to move forward with our deployment plans for our first target market, and prime location, Bermuda.

The token sale of Horizon Communications targets to receive up to 40mil USD hardcaps from our original token contributor (including pre-sales). The HRZN smart contract will stop accepting commitments when we reach ETH hardcap. We reserve the right to close the sale early after sufficient capital is raised.
